They have a known resource and more sands in the area waiting to be proved up, a simple and relatively cheap extraction process and a rising mineral price with future global shortfalls predicted. The only unknown is the date of the granting of the mining licence.

With the appointment of the Chairman of the Mining Commission then one would expect that the licence is a step closer.
