Last 4C they had 183,000 users, this contract represents another 5,300 users, a 2.9% increase on users.

I find this statement interesting though...
"8CO currently generates a Federal Government ARPU of $53 and services over 21,000 users across 31 entities in the Commonwealth"

It's a 25% increase on Fed Gov agencies, whom have a significantly higher ARPU than the rest of 8CO clients. The ARPU in the Sept 4C was $19.60, so shows the Fed Gov ARPU is significantly higher... Last quarter users was 183,000 and ARPU $19.60 for total SaaS revenue of A$3.6M annually (~$900k per quarter).

If you assume that these new Fed Agencies run with a conservative ARPU of say $30, than this contract would drive an increase of SaaS revenue of 4%. If you assume they get the full $53 ARPU than it is equivalent to 7.5% increase in Saas revenue...

The above considered this contract is certainly sizeable to 8CO.

8CO are still burning cash, but I would love to know what percentage of admin and corporate costs are for ongoing business, and what percent is for new business development and implementation... There is no doubt that there is far more effort and $$$ required to implement than to maintain - a better understanding of this for me would be beneficial.
