I couldn't agree more with you Mr. Rouser. A newsletter dropped in my email advising that there are servral companies drilling around a specific location, WA area, and DRE is one of them and its drilling result is coming today (05/09/2022). I gambled my small fortune into DRE but already lost 12% today. It means the incoming news was already factorized on Friday; therefore, after the news, a large parcel of shares could be offloaded.
I am hoping retail investors do understand the game and start to play for their advantage in the future. Good luck to all.
