the boys have looked after themselves very, very well !! ( AGAIN this year) and naturally they have the voting support to make the resolutions a fait accompli... Even given themselves FIVE years in which to exercise the damn things !!... Far "too long" dated !!!
They take care of themselves first, well and truly.... and NOTHING for the mainstream shareholders..Par for the course with these minnow companies I guess..
