    It appears you favor point 2 and have totally ignored point 3 .
    Me being a stunned mullet I have believed in point 1.
    Then adhered to point 3 .

    1. Do nothing and have total faith in the company management making all the right decisions.
    2. Bitch like hell , after the fact when they have done something you didnt like.
    3. Be proactive and try to manage your own investments.
