The expired patents and the ones yet to be approved many years after lodging. Would you like to discuss the fact you think the tech is useless without nick?
Just FYI all elements of a patent application are public knowledge and any tech company can read the details of it, granted Nick has first dibs if it is approved, however if it is not approved, the world has free use to it!
