It appears a lot of ASX listed companies do not know how to properly mark an announcement as price sensitive or not.

Here the Company stated that although the new integration is a "positive development that will further differentiate its offering", the announcement was marked as NOT price sensitive as they can't "project the number of users that might... purchase Scout because of the integration".

This, I believe, is an incorrect understanding of what "price sensitive" means with respect to labelling an announcement as price sensitive. "Price sensitive" does not refer to the certainty of the effect of the implementation on the Company's bottom line, but rather the impact on the price of a listed entity’s securities after providing the announcement to the market. Basically, if the announcement is material to decisions about whether or not to buy or sell the security, then it is "price sensitive".

In this case, I believe this announcement should have been labelled as price sensitive, as clearly it is a "positive development that will further differentiate" SCT's offering.
