What if KL offered up DEG a bought deal to clear Indee and aquire a significantly higher voting position. Then turn around and support a NOVO low ball bid for DEG on a cash and stock deal. DEG trades at a significant discount to Novo stock (even if Novo offers a small premium). KL take the stock option, increasing Novo ownership.
Certianly speeds the path to a scalable conventionally backed plant for Novo and friends at least a year before we could get there on our own. Pure speculation but this is the way these people think.
