As much as I have tried, I have no idea what is going on or how this is all going to pan out. When things don't make sense, no matter how hard I try to understand the situation, then I just go on old fashion gut feel. Which apparently is a collection of information gathered on a topic over a period of time to make an educated guess. My guess is that the OSL device will make a difference in the treatment of various tumours into the future and that there are groups that want the IP at the lowest possible price. Things are in play for wanting this to happen. I just hope that those seeking possible commercial advantage don't cause delays so that people needing this possible life saving device do not miss out getting the treatment before it is too late for them.
