Also, I believe that if they announce directors after the close of business today then they can save this whole thing. But as I said about 10 days ago, these are what I think happens:
a) 50% chance two no-name directors are announced today (after COB is fine) to give eligible investors the opportunity to assess whether to keep money in. If they are no-name directors from DirectorsRUs then it's a near complete pull out and this goes straight to VA. b) 50% no directors are named which gets a complete pull out and this goes straight to VA. This now appears to be the most likely option. c) a 0.0000000001% chance that some big name director from overseas is added along with the no-names and this survives.
But if there's no directors named today then you had best press your black suit (or dress) because we'll have a funeral to attend in about two weeks.
