Exactly . Cheap gimmick. The chances of HPPL obtaining 87% of the shares by 2 October are next to zero IF FMG DO NOT ACCEPT . Do the maths simple. At the moment in rough figures HPPL hold 77% and FMG 11%. "Recalcitrants" and others own the remaining 12%. To achieve 87% ownership HPPL need another 10%. Ask yourself. Are 85% of those holding the remaining 12% going to sell up in the next week?. No hope. They are being held by a very tight fisted determined group of shareholders.
