Correct me if I am wrong but I just read the announcement and my take on it is this.

Redstone will pay an additional .004 to those who have already accepted the offer not sure it states otherwise which means those still holding get 4.6 and those who accepted earlier get 4.6cps if Redstone acquire the 87% if not then offer is back to 4.2cps.

All I can see is another cheap attempt of a billionaire trying to siphon as many shares possible from holders why that is the path chosen is a mystery a higher offer from day one would have been a better strategy.
