It does if you think that Gina will not get to 87% and hence everyone that accepted her offer will only get 4.2c. Most probably some fence sitters still holding. I am holding to the end as I think Gina will not get 87% and with new management and the ability to reduce costs, AGO can go higher than 4.6c.
