    "In June 2010, DBB commenced unilaterally underpaying the interim payment invoices lodged.
    ? Notice of Dispute: By June 2011, underpayments totalled AED 32.1 million (A$8.5 million) and RH lodged a notice of dispute with DBB. Despite extensive correspondence and several meetings no meaningful solution had been found."

    This is looking like a dirty little secret....
