hmm,I didn't think there actually was a great deal in the announcement, noting the size of Brazil's population. I hope this isn't tied to the 'shortfall' elimination issue next week.
I would be expecting much greater than 35,000 persons to be showing success. Also that wall at 1.5c is a cap IMO. Must break through that or drift down - is the wall there to ensure no more further dilution here?
