Is it possible the company may actually think they don't have to raise at 1.3 but raise higher giving away less shares meaning less dilution?

Let's not forget the last CR was created by previous management/advisors so maybe the new team have a different idea of how to do it?

It sure is going to be interesting to see how it plays out but one thing that is for sure is they could probably achieve a fair chunk of the $1.5 million under these circumstances so IF they need a raise it will be a walk in the park once PGAS are in the back pocket..
