As per the AGM explanatory document,they actually after 67,500 PR's.(page 7)

But as I posted yesterday, they may choose to adopt a more formal plan into the future,which could quite easily be more not less PR's.
Again let me point out,I'm okay with rewarding worthy recipients ,but I'm not into carte blanche for everyone,just because they are on the board .
sha in particular,already gets a drag from the company ,why does he deserve the same amount of PR's as Klaus?
