This new OGDP application on the COGCC website is interesting as it was submitted last month and I noticed it had been removed. It's returned with an added drilling site (now 2 drill sites) but I've noticed it mentions flow lines running along roads leading to 'a central delivery point' near a railway line. The more technical posters in this group will understand it better and maybe know the location.
