BlueStar Helium (BNL) has begun mobilising rig equipment and personnel to theEnterprise 16-1 helium well in Colorado as it prepares to commence the workoverof the well.

Aspart of the workover process, the company will set a cement plug from 1150 feetbefore running a 4.5-inch casing from this depth across the Lyons formation inthe well.

BlueStar will then perforate the top of the gas zone from 1045 feet to 1051 feet.The company said it would undertake swabbing operations to remove invaded fluidfrom the wellbore.

Thecompany said it expected the workover process to take about 12 days tocomplete, with gas samples obtained from the Lyons formation to be sent for labanalysis.

BlueStar spudded the well in February, drilling to a total depth of 1250 feet andidentifying a helium zone in the Lyons formation.

Duringthis drilling, helium gas was identified but was unable to be tested due tosubsequent water invasion.
