He's a trader - pumping and dumping. HC does not approve of these actions - and one person just got convicted of doing this - so it is actually illegal.
Or maybe just trolling - he does this over several sites. Just ignore his poste - better for the blood pressure.
I have passed my concerns on to HC - and I know others have too.
