Based on historic market response to any information about the status of ADG regulatory approvals, it seems unlikely that an approvals announcements would have much positive effect on the SP.
I tend to agree with @playwithfire about the near-future SP trajectory....$0.006 is looking likely sometime in the next few months due to news flow & a dwindling cash position.
In contrast to the probable market response toward a regulatory approvals announcement, a $15M JV funding announcement would likely receive a positive & very enthusiastic market response accompanied with a share price re-rate. However, the probability of a $15M JV funding announcement happening sometime in 2023 is somewhere between slim to none IMO.
