it reinforces what we know but the market doesnt see PEK for what it is
THe market is wrong and is not pricing in the value here due to the risk.
Risk on license - Can it be any clearer? Apparently not until we have the license
Risk on funding - This is valid, and even us investors havent seen much by way of offtakes yet
Risk on build - Again fair but manageable
At 163m the market is way off, the reward at todays price is very high and its a matter of time before the peices fall into place and the market does price in the value.
Good buying opportunities if you are not already over invested
