I was looking back through some of your earlier posts as you mentioned you had posted your concerns many times, but all I could find were the same accusations that they are somehow hiding something, but with no further detail. I figure if you had revealed something then i would surely recall as i pay way more interest to the negative info. All I can recall is you questioning why no human trials yet, and that is still a very valid question. Probably more so now that trials were announced back in April 2020 yet to date still no news on first iv dose. They were very specific the lab chosen for iv trial was chosen to minimise problems with covid at the time, so no obvious reason why trial hasn't commenced now almost 10 months later?
Personally I understand the frustration, although don't know why you are worried about something you don't hold. I have some dogs I do hold even but still can't be bothered hanging around "informing" other investors, that is their problem imo. Even if i did I would be commenting on directors not posters.
My opinion is simply that they did well to trigger their performance shares by announcing trials what now appears to be prematurely, but in the big picture unless trial results are successful those shares will be pretty much worthless anyway. We all know the price is hanging on a thread waiting for results, if either Graham or James started selling on market right now they surely would cause sp to plummet. With the 25-30% they own between them surely their best exit is to get results good enough for "big farmer
" to buy them out?
if the product genuinely doesn't work then they certainly wont be the first biotech to suddenly find they were wrong??
I just don't get why you think they seem to know something is not right but are not announcing it? Surely if this product is no good then at some point the shareprice will collapse and their holding will be worthless, why would they keep thinks rolling like that, just for salaries? If that were the case they would look like cdy with endless cr's and consolidations and never ending blah blah? Why not just let it die and move on like all other bio directors do?? No loss as the majority were free shares?
