You've actually answered many of your own questions, but I will (again) respond the the question that seems to intrigue the true believers on here (I'm surprised that you have now joined their ranks):

Firstly, no frustration - I don't hold, so I'm not bothered by what happens to this stock. Furthermore, I'm not "hanging around" to "inform" anyone of anything - I don't have any obligation, or desire, in that regard.
I know what I know and I believe what I believe. This forum exists (supposedly) for the purpose of anyone, holder or not, expressing OPINIONS, positive or negative, right or wrong - but you'd never know that, given the propensity of several participants (vested interests?) to shut me up at every opportunity. The more that happens, the more I feel inclined to speak up.
Your final paragraph is peculiar, in that it appears that you have already considered some of the likely answers to the principal question, and yet you conclude with "Why not just let it die and move on...". Why would anyone jump off a nice little earner before there was no other choice?
Anyway, to address the question directly - yes, it is my considered opinion that the company does not give proper exposure to negative findings. To suggest otherwise is to believe that it has NEVER had a test/trial failure, or adverse finding, in respect of any of its promoted products - because there has NEVER been an announcement to that effect put out by the company (go ahead, check it out). The lack of promised results from recent trails may exemplify that, or, just be a reflection on the competence of the organization - your guess is as good as mine.
