Depends if you are a glass half full or half empty type of person.
All the company is doing with a statement like that is informing the market of what it is aware of. It is basically saying we are drilling underexplored areas next. Like anything in the exploration game, there are risks and the company is informing the market of one of these risks.
There have been plenty of companies out there that have found significant resources, as well as decent mineralisation in areas that historically, have been unexplored or underexplored.
