He may still be a sucker. Plenty of actual U miners are only sitting in the teens and going nowhere.
GTR has no intention of ever becoming more than an explorer, with the hope of shoring up resources and selling the resource on to a miner.
However there is lots to like and eventually we'll head above 5c. Don't expect to see this a $1 stock ever though.
It could go either way, that's the risk of playing at this end of town I guess.
