    Much too conservative even for AVB LT'ers. Just a couple of dongers, a crusher, a conveyor, a tank or two and a float thingy.
    Most of it second hand and already purchased. Just need a 7 inch grinder, 10lb hammer and an oxy set, pour a couple of footings, chemset bolts and Bob's your uncle.

    No later than May 2015 for production, IMO.
