is RXL such a good place to be with its JV Partner in a very serious legal battle? What would VMC losing the Court case and having damages etc against it mean to the JV Partnership and its continuing?
Simple. RXL would snap up VMC's share at a bargain price and will snap ARN up as well over at Penny South.
