I’ve seen people rabbit on about that case on other threads and I highly doubt VMC would have any damages even if they lose. That really would be some sort of case.
They’re entitled to ask the question in court. Assuming it’s not entirely, positively, completely fabricated (and you can prove they did it maliciously)... they ain’t going to have any damages.
