    Can someone help, does PFE buy the mineral rights from the historical owner?

    I was thinking if yes, then an owner dealing with an Australian penny stock may sell at a better rate than if ExxonMobil was the buyer, so it is best for all our neighbors to let PFE buy the these access rights and then make the move on PFE once we get 50k acres.
