Perhaps it is time to call upon S249 of the Company Act where shareholders appoint their own directors and remove others. Several years back, forum members in HC took it upon themselves to change the directions of the company because they thought the board wasn't doing enough. Couple of the directors removed themselves from the board before they were booted out as shareholders were unhappy with their performance. This was BGS, 5 years ago. If current directors think they are safe , they better have a look into the mirror as shareholders could have enough of their antics. Unless directors lived up to expectations of shareholders, we need new leadership.
