Little bit of frustration here boys and girls....
If I am correct, you would need to garner up 5% of shares for a push on management... Roughly 25 M shares.. Shouldn't be very hard to do as you would get a lot of holders not on the forum in on it , if it is presented properly.
So the betting is on a further extension??????... We will see shortly .. I would lean this way as well. They did say they were "progressing" in the annual report , but
no signatures as yet
I would like to know, what the idea of releasing a yearly report on the Friday night before an expected Monday morning announcement was all about???? .. Maybe to soften the blow of either a further extension or a NO GO.. iF it goes the other way , I for one would be pleasantly surprised.
As for Atacamoz???? guessing that this was set up as the funding vehicle for Delfin, which they obviously couldn't get off the ground... In comes MAN with a fist full of cash , and hey presto problem solved...At a guess, and only a guess, I wouldn't be surprised if Atacamoz had made many promises to the Chilean company that they never fulfilled and are on the nose.... I still think that there is a possibility that the deal was arranged by some of our benefactors at 20 c... In a way I think it is good of management not to simply agree to all terms if they are not in the interest of the company, and I still think our vendors have WAYYYYY too much to lose....and JIMMY actually looks like a lucky person....

Berinka??? Sorry SB1 , 1410 meters of drilling is a look around, and we need to be a little lucky to see anything that may triple your investment.
It is still Delfin that they need to finalise, no ifs or buts
Get the results first , then re assess where this company is actually heading
