I don't think that it is a skeleton because they already stated that issue as the reason for needing the initial extension. I'm speculating that they must be close to getting this over the line and just need a bit more time (otherwise they would've pulled the pin if it was a hopeless case). However, I still think that Jimmy needs to step aside and let that new CTM chap take the reins (that CTM chap has proven form on the board in getting deals done over there)!
