That is fair comment, and on the one hand I can applaud the management for doing all they can before monies are spent to ensure the smooth progression of the project. The one thing MAN cannot be accused of is throwing away company funds on overseas trips and helicopter rides.
However, if I read things correctly, they want to renegotiate with the vendor to tie their payment up to access and drilling, essentially making them responsible for these operations.. Good move , BUT. I would say they had recognised this issue before the original DD date, extended 2 months and extended a further 2 months... One must ask, why is this such a sticking point, that after more than 3 months there is no resolution?????? Is there more to it?????? I would have to logically assume that there is more to it than what we are told..
Again, to repeat myself, the two way deal is still soooooo sweet to both sides that I would lean towards a resolution more than anything else.
One more month, spring is here and the form guide comes out... Plenty to do
