If you put yourself in the vendors shoes then getting $1m in cash and 80m in shares for something with potential access issues could be attractive. Especially as the company you get shares in has a good chunk of cash.Which can be spent elsewhere if access is not suitable.
I feel they (the vendors) have a lot to lose if they can’t sort this out.
Whilst the lack of news is frustrating. The negotiations could well be quite tough and it may not make commercial sense for Mandrake to share everything. Let’s see what happens!
