Management has not set a high target to achieve their performance shares at 10c. They won't have a single share of reward if that is not achieved. I believed that 20c would be a fairer target, however I won't argue against that as I also believed that both these targets would be achievable. I have not given up hope on Newleyline or Tolerno at all. Once we have achieved success at Delfin or Berlinka Creek, it will give management confidence to have a go at Tolerno where we have indications of massive sulphides. Until we have a go at it, we will never know. Chances are that we could have nickel and that will be cream on what we already have.
