    This is the fourth extension of time to hold an AGM, a remarkable state of affairs, the like of which I have never seen.

    Extensions announced on the following dates: 30/10/23 15/12/23 12/2/24 and 21/3/24.

    A myriad of government agencies - Australian and foreign - are involved in this brawl behind closed doors. There is much at stake as the collective West seeks to break China's dominance of Dy Tb production.

    NTU is a mere pawn in this game.

    I hope for holders' sake he is playing hardball in negotiations.
