You guys really crack me up... I think that hotcopper has become my definition of a wish-fulfilling fantasy. If TER really was a no brainer they would be worth 10c now, which is what I had also wished for when I bought them, only to find out that they didn't have a means of profitably selling coal at BA, at which time I got out as quickly as I could. Did you notice in the last photos of BA, they have a mobile crushing and screening plant? That means the CHPP still isn't operational (or at least wasn't when the photo was taken). This will be adding even more to the cost, and producing lower value coal than a wash plant. Was that ever notified to the market?
