i am kinda confused with the management (arent we all?) . IF they knew there was a big deal coming through (big as in 50-55 bluegens, oh really!), then why did they initiate the CR two months before and try to end it in October? Seem stupid to me. Would'nt they have got better response if they had got the deal and then done the raising, which would have instilled some confidence in the investors? They thought they would get the investors to fund by showing they got a Tax Refund?

They are doing more harm by extending the rights issue to their own credibility and goverance. It now seems that they are getting more desperate..
