I've been doing this for a while and this is one of those projects that are a clear no-brainer. This is that ONE out of 10,000 or so discoveries that will succeed. You really can't screw this one up... even if you recover just half the payable metals this is still going to be a wildly profitable deposit. You get 10 times the value out of each tonne of rock vs marginal mines... global grades I conservatively estimate at 10g/t AuEq whereas the high grade zone is consistently running over 20g/t AuEq. There is at least 4Mt of mineable ore here with clear upside for more... at this point the real risk is with security of title and permitting. But Vares *needs* FDI, they need mining expertise and need to attract and develop skilled labor. Why is this deal still being discounted to such low valuations? The market too lazy/too stupid to understand the grades here?
