There wasn't a single genuine 1.8 trade at all yesterday it was solid 19's all day long, from which the price of silver only went up. The trade at 3:59:48 is someone trying to push the price down (which they succeeded in doing) it was not a genuine 1.8 trade. The price of silver at the time of that last second (literally seconds) trade of insignificant quantity, was actually higher then when people had paid 2.0, so you know from the time and silver price this trade should be ignored as a stock price manipulator.
Unfortunately these (add expletive) traders have managed to spook the market with their single trade despite the price of silver closing up from the previous day, and took 35 minutes after trade opened for someone to open the bidding with a 1.9 buy. Had that individual not pushed the price down last night, I think we would have seen far more trading at 1.9 already today, especially since the silver price is up from where we saw all that trading yesterday.
