Oh yeah sure -- I agree with your statement and thats just fine. As a Filipino, I just take offense with the statement that a Filipino farmer should be happy with a $500 or $5000 payoff for his land, as its equivalent to 10 years wages.
Its insulting and offensive. I dont think thats an acceptable statement. You wouldnt say that to an aborigine in Australia or a native American in the US, on in Bougainville. Its the easiest way to get chased out of anyplace. Why should it be acceptable here?
