The test work, geotech, tailings and process flow sheet are the important parts of the document and are what has greater effect on the capital cost and the running costs.
As the plant design progresses the plant could be optimised. The average grade over the initial life would be lower than these drills anyway so the higher grade would merely extend the life and reduce the mining costs rather than increase the head grade.
