DRE is expensive compared to its peers, and since it's a bag of mixed lollies (Cu, REE, etc etc) it will trade below fair value because poor widdle stockbwokers can't manage multi-commodity plays because they can't figure out if they dump DRE when copper goes down, or dump it when REE goes up.
