I said this a long time ago , DRE is like the penny stock you can invest more in and have confidence they will not waste it and keep it growing , and that’s exactly what has happened, and will keep happening, you can be pretty damn confident mid next year they will be higher than today and possibly a chance of much much higher but for those wanting to turn 2k into 4K in a week forget it, go to other risky 1c stocks with results pending. There’s a yolo stock right next door to DEG for those types of investments. 1.3c with results due any day. Could triple or cripple.
