PS. I occasionally put out weekend posts for musing about interesting companies/projects. I suspect much of what is below is well known to many here for that apologies.

I became interested in DRE while watching DT's presentation at Resurgence.
I then 'got lucky' and had a one on one with him at their booth.
Added a small holding the next day.
I had a couple of misconceptions from the presentation that DT clarified in our chat.
1. I thought the mag trend south of Orion was a great target.
DT said they drill tested it and it was down graded. The two or three holes along it did hit Reward dolerite but quickly came out into less interesting units. As I type I realise my understanding of the intricacies of the area is very limited as well as impaired by time.
The important point though was that there appear to be some controls on where mineralisation occurs and how to interpret the geophysics Magnetics and EM. Again I am struggling on this and daresay the details are the subject of much discussion by team DRE.
Cross faulting such as the yellow NNW/SSE line may be important at Orion (and elsewhere).
Vague recall that the EM is tricky to interpret and they got lucky at Orion where the sulphides are distinct from formational anomalies.
Finally on the Taraji area was the near amazement the team feels about how easily the black soil plains covers bedrock. In places there is less than a metre where they expected way more cover. While this will add to the cost of more regional soil geochemistry by necessitating shallow auger drilling, this is still a relatively cheap and easy process to cover large areas, IMO.
2 FQM at Mangaroon.
From the presentation I thought FQM was in JV on most of the project. However, their interest is apparently very specific with the focus on the NNE/SSW dyke system where they are hoping to find massive to semi massive Ni/Cu/PGE accumulations. This is probably old news to folks on here as the comments on 1 above are likely to be as well. Call it part of a gradual due diligence on my part. There is a lot to learn and always risk. There are other parallel dykes to the one highlighted that will be in FQM's sights.
There were hand specimens from Mangaroon at the booth. Some of them I noticed were in photos in announcements I looked at later. Big round clusters of sulphides (Pentlandite/Chalcopyrite/Po?) in a mafic host (page 4 of preso document and elsewhere)- the precursor of what FQM are probably looking for where they have somehow been concentrated enough to form a mineable deposit.
[Brought back memories of visiting the Creighton Mine in Sudbury where the geos mentioned an extremely high grade pod of ore formed from "draining off" the main deposit (5Mt 25% Ni/Cu and ounces of PGEs). The mine visit took us to the 7200 foot level where the ore body was 400 feet thick at 7% and an ounce PGM. All this from ancient memory therefore treat as musings on the details. Inco had a good chunk of the Sudbury basin at the time. Ore bodies like these are at the peak of what explorationists and companies want to find. Still some out there which keeps companies like DRE/FQM searching]

The recent announcement from Orion met with a relentless downgrading of the SP. Never pleasant to experience though there are so many market influences that can negate reasonable to good announcements - omicron, fed reserve etc etc.
For me if it was a buy in the mid 4s then even more so in the mid 3s - if I had the funds. A view shared by quite a few here.
This announcement confirmed, to me, the basics of a plunging deposit as already outlined. Grade is reasonable and thicknesses are OK. Certainly not Creighton like but adequate with room for some expansion though mainly to depth from current information.
While this may be a nice, small, deposit. These beasts form camps that take a lot of exploration. Already there are many indications that such a widespread system may be present in this part of the Kimberlies. Probably would have been thoroughly explored if the area had been available. It wasn't and a well equipped generation of explorers are now taking a look with tools Roy Woodall would have given his eye teeth for when looking at Grants find back in the 50s.
