If management had the money for Indee locked up, it would be a material event, and an ANN would be out. Management may be comfortable with getting funding as part of their plan but that doesn't mean it's a good deal. All fine for Proactive Investors to say they aren't worried because they won't be exposed to a bad deal.

It's due to a litany of bad, annual and robotic, easy money placements that has put us in this weak position. The DGO and KL financing was good but should have been done to start the company. Your need startup cash to cover your first 3 years without going to market; in my opinion.

Early exercise by DGO/KL is our only hope for a respectable capital structure. I'm hoping they convince one to exersise, which would probably motive the other too.

Awe, Shucks "This was the best we could do folks" don't cut it for me. BOD needs to find a new team if they fail this test. No one to blame but themselves.
