That’s really great BM, but what about VAN’s share of the funding now to develop K2 with your partner Billabong, and have I read the court orders correctly your partner has the right of first refusal of 50% of any project within the terms of the original HOA? According to your last quarterly you are currently out of money, so are you CR for K2 as well as your partners court costs within this current raise? Let’s see $6 million for normal on going operations. $1-1.5 million for your partners legal fees going back to 2017. $3-6 million minimum to develop K2 given the collapse of the haul roads and wall. $2-4 million legal fees and negotiated settlement with ZAG for next months court case. Up too $17.5 million @maybe 3.5c The good news is VAN will finally be mining sometime this year but as a junior partner without a mill. Of course this is my opinion and it might vary depending on what may be negotiated behind closed doors.
