PulpCutter posted the court orders a few weeks ago it’s all in there and it seems to be the case it goes beyond K2. Spend a few hours reading and rereading it and see what you make of it. The original agreement would have been with the previous owners of this project and when VAN took it over they would have known what it came with during DD. The saddest part is they could have been mining here back in 2017 if they just got on with it. While the court orders were only made public on the 15/2/22, the company has know about them since they were tabled in court on the 25/1/22, the fact they have still not commented on them and given SH an announcement about a pathway forward seems to show a lack of acceptance of the orders and maybe a hope they go away. The drilling announcement yesterday was a total waste given the cloud hanging over VAN right now.
