Barrick gold has ROFR rights on Skeena resources projects in BC. Skeena discloses Barrick interest. How can VAN claim to own 100% of plutonic dome/ Marymia Gold Project when Billabong/Superior have ROFR rights that basically give Superior absolute control over it? Not only do hoa give superior the right to buy 50% of Marymia for potentially $9mm CAPEX investment, monies that go into the ground and which VAN never see a penny but HOA also forbid VAN from selling marymia to any other party without offering it to Superior first. Superior also have 1%NSR on k2/phb/k1 tenement that I have not seen VAN disclose. Do Superior also hold an NSR on Trident and Triple P?
